My passion for vertical jump training started at a young age because I always wanted to dunk a basketball. Everyone always told me it wasn't possible unless I grew to be extremely tall. Refusing to accept that, I dedicated years to studying kinesiology, biomechanics, and human performance. I cracked the code β going from barely touching the net to throwing down windmill dunks and winning track & field championships.
